Sonic and his friends were rescued from the Egg Carrier by a group of rebels. They claim to have thier own military. Sonic was still on the boarding ship with his friends and the two rescuers, Claw and Mack. "We can't get into the space base?" said Claw on a walkie talkie. "Why not? The hanger is full? Okay. We'll land on our planet and contact you from there." "What's going on?" asked Tails. "It's no big deal," said Claw. "We can't land in our space base because the hanger is fill of ships. We're gonna land on our home planet Dessa. We have another base over there." "I just wanna get out ot this thing," said Shadow. "Relax," said Rouge. "We'll get there soon." "Oh by the way," said Sonic. "Who's flyin this thing?" "He is," said Nights pointing into the cockpit. Sonic looked in the cockpit. To his surprise, he saw Rotor. "Your other friends are at the base." said Mack. "We should be there soon." Claw then got a transmission on his walkie talkie. It was Sally. "Claw," asid Sally on the walkie talkie. "This is Sal. The fire guardian escaped from the Egg Carrier. It came out of its armor plating and is attacking the base. You guys have the Chaos Emeralds. You have to stop him." "Don't worry Sal," said Claw. "We'll be right with you." Claw put his wailkie talkie away. "Damn! We just had to make our base under a volcano." "I have the coordinates," said Rotor. "I'm jumping straight to the base." The boarding ship zipped to the planet's surface at an incredible speed. The boarding ship went straight to the volcano and everyone got out.There was chaos everywhere. The fire guardian was huge. It looked similar to a pteredactyl. It had a 40 foot wingspan and was burning. It was covered in fire. There were fighter jets trying to shoot it down, but the blasts had no effect. Sally ran to the boarding ship. "The fire guardian wants us out of here," said Sally. "That's all we have to do. Let's get outta here." "Wait!" said Sonic. "Why are those guys attacking it?" "We can't just give up our base," said Sally. "If we all abandon this place, we'll be sitting ducks for the Eggman Empire. But look. We have no choice now." "Hold on!" said Sonic "We have the Emeralds. Let's just use whatever power they have and kill this thing." The fire guardian attacked everything. He now just wanted to destroy everything instead of making them leave. The gire guardian didn't like when anything would occupy his Mt.Flare. It was the biggest volcano on that planet, and the fire guardain hated visitors. The fire guardian was much more powerful than the Ice Guardian. "Come on!" said Espio. "Let's get the show on the road!" But it was too late. The fire guardian swooped down and grabbed the Chaos Emeralds. "NO!!!" yelled Iggy. "He has the Emeralds." The fire guardian grew bigger. His wingspan grew up to 100 feet wide. He was still burning with fire. Only it would keep changing color. The fire guardian started to use his fire breath. He blew lots of stuff up. "Let's get outta here!" yelled someone in the crowd. Everyone ran off into a ship. THey didn't care if it was a fighter or a boarding ship. THey just had to get out of that place. Sonic's group got seperated. Sonic was looking for Sally. He couldn't find her. He wouldn't leave the planet without her. He couldn't find Tails either. Then, Sonic felt something grab his arm. It was Shadow. After he grabbed Sonic, he took him to a boarding ship. The door shut, and they flew out of the planet at light speed. Sonic found himself in space. He still had a visual on the planet. But they were far away. "We have to go back," said Sonic. "We can't it's way too dangerous," said Shadow "You wuold die before saving anyone." "It's okay," said Knuckles. Knuckles and Gamma were on the ship also. "Everyone that we know is okay. I can sense it." Sonic looked relived. "We have to get back to Mobius," said Knuckles. "Once we get to Angel Island we can get something that will destroy the fire guardian. The one who can do that is the water guardian. His name is Chaos. He is sealed in the Master Emerald. If we can get him to help us, we can go back to Dessa with Chaos and take the Chaos Emeralds back and use him to make Chaos overpower the fire guardian. The only guardian that we'll have to deal with after that is the lightning guardian. I don't know where he is but he could be trouble." "Let's just get to Angel Island," said Sonic. "You know eveythigng on that Isalnd. YOu can guide us through." "We better hurry," said Shadow. "If we don't get there soon, we could find an army of swatbots waiting for us there." "Coordinates recived," said Gamma. "We're jumping out to Mobius."
