"We're not gonna make it," said Rotor. "Whatever's coming is gonna get us." "Calm yourself down," said Vector. "There's another elevator over here." "Lets grab a few more stuff and get outta here," said Sonic. Everyone got some stuff and ran towards the elevator. They all got in and went to the ground floor. They were all in the elevator. "Whew," said Sonic. "I did not want to find out what that was." They finally reached the ground floor. When the door opened, There were a bunch of swat bots waiting for them. Vector shut the door and they went to another floor. No matter what floor they went on, there were swat bot everywhere waiting for them. Finally, they decided to go on the roof. They got onto the roof and all walked out. "This is it," said Rotor. "We're trapped. We'll never make it alive." "Oh my god!," said Vector. "Look up in the  sky." Everyone looked up and saw Tails's plane under attack. Tails jumped out of the plane and slowly flew down to the top of the building. "Are you okay?" asked Sonic. "I think so," said Tails. "Wait," said Sonic. "I have an idea. Look at that big ship." Sonic pointed to a black ship that looked like it could carry about ten people. "The ship isnt movnig. Tails, give me a lift up into the ship." Tails grabbed Sonic and took him to the top of the ship. "Alright Tails. I'm gonna bust this top hatch open. Follow me down. Sonic and Tails busted into the ship. All of the pilots were robots. They werent moving. "Lets take out tese bots," said Sonic. Sonic curled into a ball and destroyed them all. "Hey Tails. That was odd. They didnt even put up a fight." "Wait," said Tails. Tials pointed at a clock that was counting down. The sign said, "Fire Missles." There were only 20 seconds left. Tails quickly found a button that said "cancel."  Tails pressed th buttons and stopped the missles. "Good going Tails," said Sonic. "If those missles fired they could've killed the pricess. Tails, I know you're a good pilot. Land this thing and pick everyone up." Tails picked up Rotor, Sally and Vector. They all got in the ship and took off. "That was some nice work," said Rotor. "I can't belive you're still alive." "We can talk when we get home. I have so much to tell you. Tails, get this thing home." `Back in the city, Shadow stood on top of the tower with Metal Sonic and Silver Sonic.    Shadow talked into a walkie talkie. "Don't you worry Doctor, I'll get them." Metal Sonic and Silver Sonic went into the air in persiut of the ship. Shadow had the green Chaos Emerald with him. "Chaos Contro!" shouted Shadow. Sonic, and everyone else in the ship just left the city. Rotor looked back and saw Metal Sonic and Siver Sonic flying right behind them. "Hey guys," said Rotor. "We have company." Sonic turned around and saw them. Then everybody saw them. Suddenly, Shadow warped into the ship. Metal Sonic and Silver Sonic also came into the ship. Sonic, Vector, and Rotor wasted little time and attacked them. They had to protect Sally at all cost. Sonic and Shadow had a fierce fight. Althought they had lasers, Metal Sonic and SivlerSonic were defeated by Vector. Rotor Threw a small bomb at Shadow. Shadow was knocked out but not dead. "Someone tie Shadow down," said Sonic. "Rotor, you can fix these robots. We can use them to help us." The ship was damaged badly. It was thrown way off course. After a while, the ship crased in a snowy, mountainous region. Nobody was hurt. Everybody got out. Shadow was still unconcious. They survived, but they are lost with no food or water. They don't know what to do next.
