There is indeed a set chronological reading order on how to read those Archie Comics, because it is very confusing as it intertwines with other spin-off series and other comics completely (like Mega-Man). Just look up "Sonic Archie Comic Reading Order" and you will find some lists that I would print out for easy referencing.
